1. Voluntary Donations

Contributions made through this site are voluntary freewill gifts and donations. Because funds are applied immediately toward our operational purpose, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refunds will be considered and processed under the following specific circumstances:

• An error occurred during payment processing (e.g., a duplicate charge).
• An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction was made using your account.

3. Refund Contact & Processing

To request a refund for a processing error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction date with your payment reference. Confirmed refund requests will be returned via the original payment processor (Payfast).
